SALES ITEM POLICY (Showroom Customers Only)
- Goods purchased cannot be refunded back in CASH.
- Goods purchased cannot be refunded to be exchanged in value for any RENTAL transaction.
- Goods purchased can be exchanged for other products of similar value (if not opened and in the same packaging intact) within 5 days of purchase.
- The receipt is required for exchange so please retain.
- If exchange amount of good(s) is/are lesser than the original amount purchased, the difference would not be refunded back.
- If exchange amount of good)s) is/are higher than the original receipt the difference has to be met in payment.
