SALES ITEM POLICY (Showroom Customers Only)

  • Goods purchased cannot be refunded back in CASH.
  • Goods purchased cannot be refunded to be exchanged in value for any RENTAL transaction.
  • Goods purchased can be exchanged for other products of similar value (if not opened and in the same packaging intact) within 5 days of purchase.
  • The receipt is required for exchange so please retain.
  • If exchange amount of good(s) is/are lesser than the original amount purchased, the difference would not be refunded back.
